Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are now available for all First Community Visa credit and debit cards.
Store your First Community Visa credit or debit card digitally and make purchases at participating locations with just your mobile device. No need to swipe your card-leave your wallet right where it is.

What is a digital account number?

A digital account number (token) is a substitute account number that replaces your 16 digit card number and is used to make secure purchases. A digital account number will not work outside of the secure payment environment. Your debit and credit card numbers are NOT stored on the device. This helps to reduce the potential for fraud.

Are my credit and debit card numbers passed to the merchant?

No, your credit and debit card numbers are NOT stored on the device. This helps to reduce the potential for fraud. Instead, a digital account number is used, and passed to the merchant.

Can I remove my digital account number stored on my devices?

Yes, you are able to easily delete the account from your device. If you delete your digital account you will still be able to continue to make purchases with your physical payment card.

Am I liable for fraudulent transactions?

No. Whether you use a digital account number or a physical Visa card, you are protected with Visa Zero Liability against fraudulent transactions1. Please contact First Community Credit Union for more information.

What if my physical Visa card is lost or stolen?

Please contact First Community Credit Union as soon as possible. Once you receive your replacement card you can add your new card to your mobile wallet.

What should I do when I receive a new, renewed or replacement card?

For any new or replacement cards, you will go through the initial set up of providing the basic payment details to add the card to your mobile wallet. For a card renewal, the new expiration date will be automatically updated with no action required by you.
