Setting up a transfer

01
Getting started

Log in to online banking and select Transfers located in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Select "Make a Transfer" from the drop down menu.

02
Make an Immediate Transfer
The three main parts of a transfer are:
  1. From (which account you want to take money out of)
  2. To (which account you want to send money to)
  3. Amount (how much you want to transfer)

Select "Immediate Transfer". The accounts available for transfer in this membership will be displayed as options in the "From" and "To" drop down boxes. To transfer funds to another membership account for the first time, select "Other Member" in the "To" drop-down menu and add the requested information. This information will be saved and available as an option when scheduling transfers in the future.

Once the transfer information has been added, click submit. Another message will be displayed requesting confirmation of the transfer, and if correct, then click submit.

Schedule Future Transfers

Select "Future Transfer" and enter in the requesting information in the "From" and "To" fields. The date may be added manually in the "Transfer Date" field or select the calendar icon for ease. Once the transfer information has been added, click submit. Another message will be displayed requesting confirmation of the transfer, and if correct, then click submit.

Schedule Recurring Transfers

When you set up a recurring transfer, there are a couple more steps involved. First, select if you want the payment to be indefinite or not. An indefinite payment will reoccur until you cancel it in the pending transfers section. If it is not indefinite, you can select an end date, when the transfers will stop occurring. Before submitting the form, make sure you also select a frequency of payment (for example: Monthly, Weekly, etc...)

View and modify pending transfers

In the pending transfers section of the transfer page, you can view details about a pending transfer, edit, or cancel the transfer. To do this, click the gear on the left of a transfer, like in the image below. Make sure you do this before the scheduled next date for the transfer, so there is time to process your changes.

Making a quick transfer

Another easy way to make a transfer is on the home page for online banking. On the right side of the image below, the cursor is over the quick transfer submit button. This is intended for immediate transfers to accounts that are already linked up. You are now finished with the member transfer tutorial!
